Please pray for:

Catholic Central High School Service Ministry

•        For the adults who will be leading groups of freshmen in their FIAT (Faith In Action Together) service projects

•        For growth, hope and love for all the students through their service experiences

•        For God’s grace, peace, and wisdom for our new principal, Patrick Finneran

Children’s Rescue Center

•        For children to know the truth, Jesus and not to be deceived by the enemy

•        Wisdom and knowledge for day to day ministry guidance, as well as vision and planning.

– The Arks

•        Direction for transition at Ark North as Rhonda Fellows is following God’s leading in a new position

•        Planning and preparation for a new year at all 3 Arks

•        Staff families: for healings and loved ones to know Jesus in His fullness

•        Continued renewal/refreshment this summer for all staff and volunteers so that they will be equipped and ready to meet our kids’ needs through Jesus

CitiLookout

•        October 9, 2010 – STAND – Citiwide Women’s Conference and Worship – 700 women from all over the city will be gathering at St. John Missionary Baptist in the center of the city.  Pray that the right people will be present to receive the truth of God about standing together against the darkness in our city.

•        Pray for planning

Emmanuel Christian Academy

•        Re-enrollment and enrollment for the 2010-2011 school year

•        Financial support for the school

•        Successful discipleship with the school

Gathering of Greater Springfield

•        August 7 – “Unleashed” event

•        Sept 21 – 3^rd annual outreach breakfast with www.michaelfranzes.com

•        Nov 4-8 – National staff retreat – a number of local guys are going

•        All out commitment across the board to Developing Mature Reproducing Disciples

Hannah House

•        August 6 - 10^th Year Anniversary Celebration at the State Theater – Pray for good attendance, especially for those who do not know the essence of our program.  We are celebrating the triumphs of some of the mothers in a theatrical performance

H.O.P.E. Program

•        Protection, wisdom and favor for H.O.P.E.

Inside Out Youth Ministries

•        Spiritual effectiveness

•        Financial support in a down-trending economy

•        God’s favor

•        God to change the hearts of the unsaved in our area whenever possible

•        Wisdom in decision-making for staff

Interfaith Hospitality Network

• For the speedy completion of the new Men’s Shelter
• For the necessary funding to continue our mission

•         We are seeing an increased number of abortion-minded/abortion vulnerable clients – pray for volunteers as they meet with these women and for the openness of clients to hear the message of life for them and their babies

Project CHOICE

•        For grandfather who is ill and his kidneys are failing – for God to help his health and salvation

Public School Outreach for Christ

•        Pray that the Lord would keep His hand on Chaplain Erv and Angie

•        That the Lord would anoint the chaplains with a word that will touch the youth and to change them through the ministry

•        For ministry re-organization

SiFi Ministry

•        Wisdom and direction in recruiting staff

•        Developing rich relationships in the community

•        More collaborative opportunities with other Springfield ministries

•        Overall strength, wisdom and abounding love

•        Continued prayer for summer day camp

•        For REACH student leadership (July 19 – August1)

•        For renewal and encouragement for paid and volunteer staff

•        For wisdom in fundraising and that God will meet financial needs

•        Wisdom in new opportunities with several city schools

•        For wisdom, unity and protection of all of God’s people in our community

Un Mundo Outreach

•        Physical healing for many who are sick

•        Relational healing and restoration among families on the block

Urban Child Evangelist of Salvation Army

•        For the kids and families that we serve – that their needs are met

•        For volunteers and resources to continue serving the kids

•        For all of the children who have come to Christ in the detention center – for God strength and protection and that the youth continue to seek Jesus in their lives
